About the role:

Your primary role as Global Account Manager New Business is to prospect new clients by networking, cold calling, promoting or other means of generating interest. You must have a deep knowledge of the business sectors Icecat is focused on. You must plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with Icecat. You are responsible for developing business for the company. Strategic planning is a key part of this function.

Main responsibilities

• Identify and approach decision makers within the global client organization and turn this into increased business.
• Implement the sales strategy (terms of sales, sales processes, etc.),
• Research and build relationships with new clients.
• Develop and expand long-term customer relationships,
• Prepare and execute contract negotiations,
• Develop and implement sales driven marketing / promotional activities,
• Participate in trade fair shows / Set up of customer events,

Desired Skills & Experience

• Preferably you have relevant experience in one or more of the following sectors: Household, Do It yourself, FMCG,
• Completed HBO/University level education and over 5 years of sales and marketing experience.
• Proven track record and contacts in the B2B area,
• Affinity for e-business services,
• Self-reliant team player,
• Structured way of working, basing decisions on solid analysis,
• Negotiation and organizational skills,
• Self-confidence, friendly and customer driven,
• Strong communication skills and dynamic personality,
• Creative,
• Fluent in English, other languages are a pre,

About the role:

Your primary role as Sales marketing support Benelux is to fully support the Benelux Sales team. The position involves first line support to our Benelux users and a lot of coordination with the departments: Sales, Editorial and Finance. You must have/develop a deep understanding of the business sectors Icecat is focused on. It is a hands-on job which gives a lot of growth opportunities within the Icecat organization.

Main responsibilities
• Create new business leads and organize follow up activities
• Send and follow-up standard proposals
• Proposal preparation based on inputs from Benelux account managers
• Managing projects and monitoring service level agreements
• First line of support for sales or technical questions from our users
• Preparation of sales documentation
• Preparation of mailing lists
• Preparation of letters to customers
• Develop and implement sales driven marketing / promotional activities
• Participate in trade fair shows / Set up of customer events
• Report to the Benelux Sales manager

Desired Skills & Experience
• HBO level education
• Previous experience in sales support position B2B
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Any other knowledge of European languages such as French are a plus
