Communications are encrypted RSA1024. For the end-user SafeStick functions like a normal USB flash drive once it is unlocked.

Brute Force Attack Protection If the wrong password is entered too many times the user will be advised that one more wrong attempt will completely wipe the data. This feature is handled internally within SafeStick.
Low Support Rates Using and getting started with SafeStick is self explanatory and the hardware is of the highest quality. The SafeStick stand-alone software used to communicate with the hardware is also encrypted and on a write-protected partition. This means that support costs with SafeStick is maintained at the lowest possible level.
Life-Cycle and Environmental Concerns If the user loses the password Safestick can be reset to the factory default so it can be reused. In the standard setup all data is permanently and securely wiped or you can manage this via SafeConsole.
