Vendor Manager 2014-05-01

Location: This is a position based in the Netherlands
Operating schedule: Full Time
Education: Bachelor/University

Description:

As a vendor manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing marketing and sales strategies addressing manufacturers. You are responsible for selling the company’s products and services, developing and closing business with designated corporate accounts, and working with all Icecat target channels.

Responsibilities

- Follow-up and further development of sponsor agreements with Brands
- Implement the sales strategy (terms of sales, sales processes, etc.)
- Develop and expand long-term customer relationships
- Prepare and execute contract negotiations
- Develop and implement sales driven marketing / promotional activities
- Participate in trade fair shows / Set up of customer events
- Report to the Sales Director

Desired Skills & Experience

- Completed Bachelor/University level education
- At least 5 years experience in marketing & sales / key international account management with proven track record and contacts in the B2B area
- Existing network is a pre
- Affinity for e-business services
- Self-reliant team player
- Structured way of working, basing decisions on solid analysis
- Negotiation and organizational skills
- Self-confidence, friendly and customer driven
- Strong communication skills and dynamic personality
- Creative

Description:

As Country Manager UK, you will be responsible for defining and executing sales & business development for the UK. You are responsible for selling the company’s products and services, developing and closing business with designated corporate accounts, and working with all Icecat target channels.
